Air Fryer Glazed Pork

Glazed Pork with Scalloped Potatoes and Kale Salad

The air fryer is probably my favorite kitchen gadget. Chicken, Pork, and Summer Sausage cooked to perfection. But this Glazed Pork is one of my families favorites! You are not going to believe how simple and delicious this is!

Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  • Pork Tenderloin, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Light Brown Sugar

Directions: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the Pork Tenderloin on a plate and spread dijon mustard over the entire pork tenderloin. Sprinkle with light brown sugar. Place the tenderloin in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150-165 degrees, depending on your preference for pork temperature. If you aren’t sure, do a little research on the safety of cooking pork. I prefer mine at 165 degrees. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately!
